Orders are delivered to Greece and countries of the European Union through courier service.
The cost of sending an order is charged to the customer and is:
€ 3,50 for deliveries to Greece, € 9,90 for deliveries to Cyprus and € 35,00 for deliveries to other countries of the European Union.
For payments on delivery (COD), there is an extra charge of € 2,50 (available only for Greece).
For orders from € 89,00 and above no shipping and COD costs are charged (valid only for Greece).
Order delivery time
Orders placed online are delivered to your address within 15 business days from order's approval date. Deliveries are made daily except Sunday.
If case that due to reasons beyond our control (such as bad weather or strikes), it is not possible to complete delivery of your order within the time frame we are committed to, we shall come in contact with you to inform you and ask you whether you desire the completion of your order.
Limitation of Responsibilities
Our company has no liability whatsoever for any damages that may arise to customers from non-execution of an order. For delays in delivery due to force majeure, as well as for cases that the merchandise ordered is not available from the supplier, you will be notified immediately.

All prices of products listed in our online store are final and include VAT. Our company reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is clarified that in any case, the customer pays the amount, which is stated in his order, regardless of whether the prices have changed until delivery of the order.
Check your order carefullyto see whether you have received the items you ordered and whether these items are in perfect condition. Otherwise, contact our company directly via our e-shop at aldipa.gr or by calling 2108648252.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt and either change it with another or get back a refund for the item (shipping and / or delivery charges are not refundable). In order to give a refund the merchandise must not have been used in any way (worn, washed, ironed or else) and be accompanied by the purchase document (e.g. receipt) issued at the time of purchase.
In case you change one or more items purchased through our online store, you will not be charged for shipping costs (applies for the first order of each new customer and only for Greece).
In the event of a refund, the customer is charged with shipping costs for returning the items to our company.
The refund option is available only for purchases that have been made remotely, either through our online store or by phone.

Ways of Refund
If you decide to return the merchandise you purchased, you can choose how to settle the refund. The options given to you by our online store are as follows:
- Return of money. The way your money is refunded depends on the payment method you used when purchased the goods. So the amount will be refunded either by canceling your credit card billing or by depositing the amount to the bank account you indicate.
- Delivery of a new product. This new product may be the same as or similar to the previous one, or you can choose another item from our online store.
- Repair of the returned product (if feasible).
Way of Return
The return of the goods is effected via the same channel used during the initial delivery.
Completion of Return Procedure
The refund process will be completed within 14 days from the date of the return request, provided that the merchandise to be returned has arrived to our store.
Our online store is charged with the cost of returning the goods in the following cases:
- Delayed delivery (excluding cases of force majeure).
- Goods are damaged or defective.
- The goods do not have the features that are presented in our online store.
In all other cases the cost of the refund will be charged to the customer.
