ALDIPA LTD is a family-owned company founded in 1981, dealing with imports and retail sale of women’s lingerie and swimwear.
Emphasizing on quality and the availability of big sizes, that was missing from the Greek market, we helped women recognize the need to wear the right size bra. We have suggested solutions for tall ladies with a large back and a small breast cup that made it difficult to find the right bra as well as for women with a thin back and a large chest. We have enabled thousands of women to find a great variety of lingerie and swimwear that really suits them.
In 1986 we started publishing our annual ALDIPA SALES Catalog all over Greece, advertised in women's fashion magazines and established ourselves in the market as a dynamic business with the primary goal to offer functional underwear and swimwear of all sizes by the most specialized European firms and experienced creators for BBW.
In the early years, sales of our items were made at home parties by a large sales network of ladies / dealers through catalogs all over Greece.
In 1989, our first physical shop opened in Athens, while our range of products was enriched with new styles from new manufacturers from Sweden or Germany.
Over time, we expanded our sales network with new stores in central Attica and mail order sales and gained thousands of loyal customers.
In 1996 nightwear and homewear were added to our collection, and in 2000 women's clothing in large sizes from well-known specialized fashion houses from Denmark, Germany, Sweden and France were added too.
In order to meet the needs of many of our customers, in 2008 we complemented our collection with new product ranges such as:
- underwear, swimwear and silicone prostheses for women undergoing breast surgery
- lingerie, nightwear and homewear for pregnancy and breastfeeding
Since 2009, responding to the latest trends and utilizing technology, we have upgraded our website to a modern e-shop for online shopping.
